MILK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - August, 2021.

Here's the answer. Easy to bake, delicious and all ages will love.

  • Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped into even pieces
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped into even pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
  • Directions
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease 9” square baking pan with butter. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
  • Melt the butter, unsweetened chocolate, milk chocolate (just the chopped) in a heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until almost completely melted.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until all is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Measure the flour and salt. Sift directly into the chocolate mixture.
  • When combined, stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean or only crumbs.
  • Cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
  • 12-24 brownies depending on cut size
