MILK CHOCOLATE BROWNIES - August, 2021.

Here's the answer. Easy to bake, delicious and all ages will love.
- Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped into even pieces
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped into even pieces
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease 9†square baking pan with butter. Dust with flour and tap out the excess.
- Melt the butter, unsweetened chocolate, milk chocolate (just the chopped) in a heavy bottomed saucepan over low heat.
- Stir constantly until almost completely melted.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until all is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well combined.
- Measure the flour and salt. Sift directly into the chocolate mixture.
- When combined, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean or only crumbs.
- Cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
- 12-24 brownies depending on cut size
